Suntory Hibiki 17 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky (700mL)

It’s no secret that the Japanese whisky industry is suffering from a shortage of aged stock, making bottles like this delicious 17 year old Hibiki from Suntory all the more remarkable and rare. This dram is made with a particularly high proportion of malt whisky from Suntory’s Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, The grain spirit used has been sourced from their Chita distillery, and the blend has been aged in an array of casks, including Japanese Mizunara oak.
