Cooper’s Choice is a range from the Vintage Malt Whisky Company that pays homage to the barrel-makers, or coopers, and their often overlooked role in creating the whisky we love. This dram from Highland distillery Ardmore was distilled in 2003, and has aged for 17 years in a single Bourbon barrel. The result is a classic Ardmore, serving up all the delicious peat smoke we love from this distillery.
